Internet Telephony Conference and Expo Class, Trixbox - an open platform for business telephony

Learn the basics of Trixbox at next week’s internet telephony conference. Fonality is offering a basic course for those of you installing a trixbox system or of you want to learn the basics about the system.

For the professional technicians there is also a 3-day certification course which dives deep into platform and application setup, network configuration and remedies to common problems. The advanced course will cover Tier 1 and Tier 2 level troubleshooting, LAN & WAN environments, Proper system hardware configuration, trixbox and PBXtra installation guidelines, IP phone and SIP provisioning and proper router and firewall configuration.
